The Founder's Journey

I've Been Where
You Are

Finding the military was a blessing for me.  My Father was an abusive alcoholic.  My history of traumatic brain injuries accumulated through contact sports from little league, all the way up to  the college level.   As a 10 Year active duty Airborne Ranger  Infantry Officer — I came home carrying things no one should see. Then there was the weight of transition and the deafening silence that follows service when the mission ends...and the world expects you to just… move on.

I didn't find my way back through a book or a pamphlet. I found it through honest work — on myself, in my body, and with other veterans. Through yoga, collaboration with those obsessed with self-improvement, and the hard conversations I finally had with myself and others; I discovered a process and began working on My Purpose.

Warrior Life Coach exists because I know the road home is real — and you deserve tools that actually work, from someone who's walked it.

I have known Beau Chatham for many years spanning his service in the U.S. Army, sales and training roles in pharmaceutical and bio-tech companies, and currently as a Life Coach focusing on aiding our country's wounded warriors suffering from traumatic brain injury and PTSD. Beau has always been a top performer in every endeavor and now has combined every facet of his successful career in serving as a life coach. His ability to communicate with his clients is unparalleled! He blends a solid foundation of clinical knowledge with cutting edge information and a counseling style that "breaks through" the barriers and stigmas associated with the tough to treat conditions of TBI and PTSD, and does so in a patient population where self reliance and toughness is a way of life. I have personally sat in on his sessions and can see the tangible impact and good he is doing in bringing warriors back to high functioning levels both personally and professionally. He is a true high value asset in any role in any organization!

Beau Chatham is one of the handful of purposefully dedicated, quiet professionals whom I worked along side when I first joined our U.S. Army. He was a team player and consummate leader who got things done by pulling together groups of individuals and teams to achieve great feats. He is a trainer of men who instructs by setting high moral standards of personal conduct, and by his own personal example. I am proud, now nearly thirty years later, to call Beau my friend.
